Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:
  • 1 brick frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can artichokes (cut to desired size - I put mine in a blender so that my kids can't pick it out)
  • 1 brick cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt OR sour cream
  • Mozzarella cheese and/or parm (measure that with your heart)
  • Garlic to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
 
Method:
  • Mix it all together. Heat and eat.
  • Serve with pita chips or crackers and enjoy!
